We are proud to have Steph ☀️ McFee on our team as the Director of Membership & Community! Steph organized our Chapter Leadership Retreat last week with our friends at Winston & Strawn LLP. Together, they made the week unforgettable. The sheer amount of personal touches throughout the sessions, from asking leaders to send each other notes reminding one another they are doing amazing work, to sharing charms with every participant with a hand-written note on the back of each gift, it is clear we won the lottery in thoughtful employees. Steph is eager to work with all of our members and prospective community, so if you are interested in learning more about ChIPs, send her a note!

Today was an AMAZING day! 🤗 Last month I made the decision to accept a position as Director of Membership & Community for a phenomenal organization ChIPs Network. I was not looking, but as with all things in my life, I accepted the huge WHY Not and jumped in. Today, was the culmination of two-months of work before I even officially started my role as we welcomed leaders of ChIPs chapters from across the globe. We listened, shared, laughed and connected as women wishing to lead, inspire, and create lasting change. Today I sat back in awe of my calling: to serve women, organizations and communities by providing the tools and resources they need to have impact and personally thrive. I am so honored to be part of this organization and to be in the room with our amazing leaders.
